This Privacy Policy explains how Private Structure International Sdn Bhd [1313270-M] (“Private Structure”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit privatestructure.com or buy from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the practices described here.
1. What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and order details when you place an order, create an account, or contact us. If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address and any preferences you share.
Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and general location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Payment information: we do not see or store your full card number or online banking credentials. Payments are processed by HitPay and PayPal, which handle your payment details under their own security standards.

- To complete customs clearance for international orders

3. Who we share it with
We only share personal data with service providers who help us run the business, and only what they need to do their job. These include:
- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders
- HitPay and PayPal, which process your payments
- FedEx and other courier partners, who receive your name, address, phone number, and order contents to deliver your parcel and, for international orders, to complete customs clearance
- Email and SMS marketing platforms
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta Pixel, for analytics and advertising
- Google, for analytics and advertising
- Accountants, legal advisors, and authorities where required by law
We do not sell your personal data. Some of these providers are located outside Malaysia, so your data may be transferred and stored in other countries. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is protected.
4. Purchases on other platforms
We also sell on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. If you buy from us there, your order is handled through that platform, and the personal data you provide is collected and controlled by the platform under its own privacy policy. We receive only the information we need to fulfil your order, such as your name, delivery address, phone number, and order details, and we use it only to process and deliver that order and handle any returns or support. This Privacy Policy covers data collected through privatestructure.com and the data we receive from those platforms once it is in our hands.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and measure and improve our advertising. This includes the Meta Pixel, which lets Meta collect information about your visit (such as pages viewed, products added to your cart, and purchases) so we can measure ad performance and show our ads to people who may be interested in them. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser, though parts of the store may not work properly without them.
