These terms apply to your use of privatestructure.com and any order you place with us. The store is operated by Private Structure International Sdn Bhd [1313270-M] (“Private Structure”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these terms, so please read them before you buy.
1. Your account and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you create an account, the information you give us must be true, accurate, current, and complete, and you should update it if anything changes. You can do this in your account or by emailing us. Keep your password secure and unique, and tell us right away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your cart are not reserved, so they can be bought by other customers until you complete checkout. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If that happens, we will refund you in full for anything already paid.
3. Prices and payment
We accept payments through HitPay and PayPal. HitPay supports Visa, Mastercard, DuitNow, Malaysian online banking, and popular e-wallets, and PayPal supports PayPal balance and linked cards. Any other methods shown at checkout from time to time are also accepted. You confirm that the payment method you use is yours, or that its owner has authorised you to use it.
All prices and charges are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), including for international orders. If your card or account is in another currency, your bank or PayPal will convert the amount at their own rate and may charge foreign transaction fees, which we do not control. Any prices shown in another currency are estimates only, and the amount you are charged is the MYR total at checkout. Prices for international orders include applicable import duties and taxes under our Delivery Duty Paid shipping.
Payments are processed by HitPay and PayPal, which encrypt your payment details. We never see or store your full card number or online banking credentials. We take reasonable care to keep your order and payment details secure, but we cannot be held responsible for losses caused by a third party gaining unauthorised access to your data, unless we were negligent.
4. Vouchers and discounts
Vouchers are personal to you and cannot be transferred. They cannot be combined with other voucher codes or offers, and they must be used before their expiry date where one is stated.
5. Delivery
We process and dispatch orders within 2 working days after payment is received. Delivery estimates are a guide only and count from the date your order is sent out, not the date you order.
Delays are more likely around festive seasons and major sales periods. Customs or the courier may also delay a parcel by up to 21 business days after shipping. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, but if customs needs additional documents or information from you, we will let you know and help resolve it. If your parcel has not arrived after 21 business days, please contact us and we will help track it down. If nobody is available to receive your parcel, the delivery rules of the courier apply (FedEx for international orders, or the local courier for domestic orders).
6. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Because our products are underwear, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons, including change of mind or size and colour exchanges. We accept returns and replacements only for manufacturing defects, wrong items sent, or items damaged in transit. You can cancel an order before it ships. We will refund the amount minus a 10% processing fee, in MYR, and the refund can take up to [7] working days, though your bank or payment provider may take longer to show it. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled or changed.
7. Taxes and duties
International orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) via FedEx, which means import duties and taxes are handled on your behalf and you will not be asked to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives. These are included in the price you pay at checkout. If a courier or customs office still asks you for a payment on delivery, please contact us before paying and we will sort it out.
8. Intellectual property
Everything on this site, including the Private Structure name, logo, product designs, photos, text, and graphics, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including Malaysia’s Consumer Protection Act 1999, that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Marketplace purchases
If you buy from us on Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop, that platform’s own terms and policies apply to your purchase instead of these terms.
11. Privacy
How we collect and use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Malaysia.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to that order.
